Mortgage Rates

Rates, although steadily declining since April of this year, rose slightly this past week.  Rates are still historically low with a fifteen year fixed rate in the high 3's and a 30 year fixed rate in the low to mid 4's, depending on loan amount and credit scores.

A survey of U.S. adults in September found that many people continue to be very conservative about how they spend money. However, about 17 percent say they expect to have more money to move to a different home. That percentage is virtually unchanged since last year.
